Welcome to Mote Park, a truly expansive and delightful green space in Maidstone, Kent, perfect for a cracking dog walk! This magnificent park boasts a rich variety of landscapes, from wide-open grasslands ideal for a good runaround, to tranquil woodland paths for a more sheltered stroll. The centrepiece is a large, picturesque lake, offering beautiful waterside views, though do keep an eye on your pups near the water. While Mote Park is incredibly dog-friendly, it's essential to be a responsible owner. Please keep your dog under control, especially around wildlife and other park users. There are specific areas where dogs may need to be on a lead, particularly near children's play areas and sensitive wildlife habitats, so do look out for local signage. Bringing your own waste bags and utilising the bins provided is much appreciated to keep the park pristine for everyone. You'll find plenty of convenient parking available at Mote Park, with several car parks dotted around the perimeter, making access easy. There are also public toilet facilities on-site, along with a lovely café where you can grab a cuppa and a snack after your walk.
